What is the guest capacity of El Palacio?

Our Event Center seats 200 guests inside including the head table, bar and dance floor area. Our patio seats an additional 200 persons giving us flexible capacity options for your event.

How far in advance should I book?

We can accommodate events with as little as two days’ notice for basic services. However, we recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date, especially for larger events or if you want to customize your package. Many people book their events one year (or more) in advance to insure availability.

Do you offer full-service packages?

Yes, we offer full-service turnkey packages. However, each event can be custom tailored to meet your specific needs and dreams. We can create virtually any package or upgrade you request.

Do you provide in-house catering?

Yes, we offer in-house food and beverage services. No external caterers are allowed. Our team will work with you to create a menu that fits your event and budget.

What is El Palacio’s style?

Our venue interior is designed as a Palace/Castle We offer elegant, welcoming, luxurious, and modern aesthetics. We can customize the decor for each event based on your theme and color preferences.

Can I bring my own DJ or entertainment?

We work with contracted vendors including DJs who are available to our customers. All vendors flow through us to ensure quality and coordination. Only safe and properly utilized entertainment is allowed.

What audio/visual equipment do you provide?

We offer microphones, speakers, projectors, large screen TVs, Wi-Fi, and technical assistance.

What are your rental rates?

Rental rates are based on the number of guests, food menu and numerous other services and options you may desire. Based on our research, our packages are the most competitive in Albuquerque. We offer competitive rates that vary based on the type of event, date, and services included. We also offer launch promotions with special discounts for early bookings. Can I see the venue before booking?

Yes, we encourage you to visit and tour the venue. You can schedule an appointment with our Event Planner to discuss your event and see the space.
